Terms of Service

Lumio, LLC advises you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement.


Although Lumio, LLC has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Lumio, LLC cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Each Lumio is crafted using products of nature and the product you receive may differ in color and grain pattern from images found on our website.


All products ordered are for personal use and gifting only. They must not be resold in any form or any place; Lumio, LLC reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized and unofficial sale of goods.

Lumio, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order. In such case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund to you any payment in full.


Any shipping and handling fees assessed at the time of purchase only apply to the first shipment of goods. If your product is returned to us, whether intentionally or through the carrier's inability to deliver to your address, Lumio, LLC will assess additional shipping and handling fees for each delivery attempt you request. These fees are based on fluctuating carrier rates and may be greater than initial shipping and handling fees assessed for your order. If you choose to forfeit your product, the cost of the product will be returned to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an attempt to ship your product has been made.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Lumio, LLC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Lumio, LLC delivers these items to the carrier.

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

Addresses and personal information must be submitted using only characters found in the English alphabet. Addresses or names containing international characters are invalid. If an order contains such characters, we will attempt to contact you to supply a valid name and / or address.

Telephone numbers must be supplied at the time of purchase for all orders.

For deliveries to other parts of the world we use a variety of carriers and, often times, a combination of carriers. If you require specific information about how your shipment will be delivered, contact info@hellolumio.com. 

Requests to use a specific carrier should be sent to info@hellolumio.com and, due to the nature of our product, may not be possible.

We will attempt to deliver your product as quickly as possible. In the US and Canada, this is most often within five business days. If you require expedited shipping, contact us at info@hellolumio.com. Please note that expedited deliver will incur additional fees. 

Duty, VAT and Other Fees

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by many countries. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Lumio, LLC holds no responsibility for any fees levied. 

Lumio, LLC will not reduce the declared value of goods in order to circumvent the customs regulations in place by any governing body.  Similarly, Lumio, LLC will not split shipment of a singular order in order to lessen the duty, VAT, or other import fees for which the buyer is responsible. 


We are dedicated to delivering the highest quality products. Your Lumio comes with a six (6) month warranty from the date of purchase. Your warranty is automatic, so there is no need to register. This limited warranty only applies to Lumio lamps purchased in the United States or directly from Lumio's website. For limited warranty coverage elsewhere, please contact your Lumio dealer, reseller, or distributor.

We warrant that this product shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or repairs, or failure to follow the instructions outlined in the user manual.

We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge any time during the warranty period. After service, we will be responsible for shipping the product back to you at our expense.

Proof of purchase as evidence that the unit was purchased from an authorized dealer within the warranty period is required for warranty service. If you have any questions about your warranty coverage or you think you may need service, email Lumio customer care at info@hellolumio.com. We will do everything we can to answer your questions and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

This limited warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase.
