How do I fold elio bottle?
Folding elio is simple and intuitive with its unique 360-degree twisting mechanism: Hold the bottle upright with one hand on the base and the other on the cap. Gently twist the cap counterclockwise (like unscrewing) while pushing down on the body—this compresses the silicone accordion-style in a smooth spiral motion. It collapses to 1.57 inches (4 cm) tall in seconds. To expand, reverse the twist: Hold the base steady and twist the cap clockwise while pulling up. My elio looks creased when I unfold it. What can I do?
If stored or folded for a long period, for example after shipping, the silicone skin may get creased or warped. Remove the cap and submerge the silicone body in boiling water for 3–5 minutes to restore its original shape.
My elio is a bit difficult to fold and close.
For a smoother fold, you may occasionally need to gently tuck the silicone rings inside the cap as you collapse the bottle. To lock it securely, press down on the back of the first, then squeeze down on the front until you hear clear clicks. We designed the cap with four internal locking slots, at the front, back, and both sides, to ensure your elio stays secure when closed.

What are the dimensions when elio is fully expanded?
When open, elio is 8.8 inches (22.4 cm) in height and 3.15 inches (8 cm) in diameter. The bottle has a capacity of 25.4 ounces (about 750 ml) when fully expanded, making it ideal for daily hydration needs like workouts, hikes, or office use.
How compact is elio when folded?
When compressed, elio folds down to just 1.57 inches (4 cm) in height and 3.15 inches (8 cm) in diameter, easily fitting into a pocket, purse, or backpack.

The elio water bottle is not insulated by default, but it maintains cold drinks for up to 6 hours in moderate conditions due to its silicone construction
What is elio water bottle made of?
The body and interchangeable handle are all made from high-quality, food-grade platinum silicone that's BPA-free, phthalate-free, and odor-resistant. The cap is constructed from food-grade bio PP for added rigidity and durability. All materials are responsibly sourced and 100% recyclable.
Does elio retain odors or flavors from previous drinks?
No, the premium silicone material is non-porous and resists absorbing flavors or smells. A quick rinse between uses keeps it fresh
What certifications does the bottle have?
The elio bottle meets FDA and LFGB standards for food-grade materials, ensuring safety for drinking. It’s also tested for BPA-free compliance and certified for eco-friendly manufacturing processes.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping, customs duties, and taxes are already included in the product price for the vast majority of countries worldwide, meaning you won't face any unexpected fees upon delivery.

What is the warranty on the bottle?
We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the silicone body, cap and handle.
Can I replace the interchangeable handle if it wears out?
Yes, the silicone handle is designed to be easily swapped. Additional handles can be purchased as add-ons via our website, ensuring long-term usability
Does elio fit in standard cup holders?
elio is just 3.15 inches (8 cm) in diameter and designed to fit most car cup holders and bike bottle cages. When compressed via twisting, it's even more versatile for storage
Can I use it with carbonated drinks?
elio is designed with a precision-fit seal and a robust cap mechanism to be reliably leakproof, even with pressurized contents like soda or sparkling water.
Can I use elio for sports or high-intensity activities?
Absolutely, the secure cap and durable silicone make it ideal for sports. The twisting mechanism ensures it stays compact when stored, and the handle’s loop lets you clip it to gear during runs or climbs.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to make a return, please contact us first at info@elioeveryday.com to submit your return claim and receive detailed instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your claim must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. We only accept returns for items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly upon our receiving and completing the inspection of the returned item
Warranty
Your elio product (bottle, cap, and handle) comes with a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. We warrant that this product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Your warranty is automatic, so no registration is required. This limited warranty only applies to elio products purchased directly from elio's official website or from an authorized dealer in the United States. For limited warranty coverage elsewhere, please contact your local elio dealer, reseller, or distributor.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the usage or cleaning instructions outlined in the user manual. Specifically, we do not cover damage resulting from unauthorized product modifications or repairs, or normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or fading
We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge at any time during the warranty period. After service, we will be responsible for shipping the product back to you at our expense. Proof of purchase is required as evidence that the unit was bought from an authorized dealer within the warranty period is required for warranty service. We will do everything we can to answer your questions and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. This limited warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase
