We want you to be completely satisfied with your elio. To initiate a return, please contact info@elioeveryday.com within 14 days of receiving your order for instructions. We accept returns for items in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (we strongly recommend a trackable service). Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly once we receive and inspect the item.
Warranty
Your elio comes with an automatic one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from our website or an authorized dealer. We will repair or replace defective parts free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or damage from misuse or improper care.
