Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we do. You will see a shipping charge depending on the country you are ordering from before you finalize your order.
What is your warranty & returns policy?
Lumio comes with a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not
cover physical damages, which means we can’t warranty Lumio if you drop it. To return a
defective Lumio, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will send you
a prepaid return label so you can send your Lumio back to us. If you would like a refund, please
allow 5 to 8 business days for processing.
